Step 1: Concept and Planning

Before project start, we support you with labor trials to determine the formulation, also in collaboration with external consultants. For some projects, sample production is carried out on our laboratory machines before we define the appropriate components such as co-kneaders and feeding. This creates the foundation for a tailored solution.

Step 2: Engineering Team takes over from our Sales Team

After the contract is signed, our engineering team takes over the project from sales. We develop the design, produce the necessary plans, procure the defined components, and ensure a smooth process.

Step 3: Assembly and Assembly Acceptance

During assembly, our electricians and fitters assemble the machine precisely and efficiently. We ensure the highest quality and make sure all components are perfectly integrated. The assembly forms the basis for a smooth commissioning.

Step 4: Commissioning and Final Acceptance

During commissioning, we test the machine and ensure that all functions run as intended. Our technicians make final adjustments and ensure that the machine is optimally integrated into the overall system. At the end, the handover to the customer takes place, who takes over the finished system.
