Not all customers have this expertise, which goes beyond the actual compounding process. Thus, BUSS supports its customers in immediate material feeding and further steps after compounding. The selection and design of optimal components for feeding, pressure build-up, and pelletizing are part of the support provided by BUSS from project planning to operation. With the help of our expertise, we develop our own components, which are often used in these process steps.

The integration of additional process steps, such as mixing, transport, intermediate storage, or packaging of the used raw materials and compounds, further increases the complexity of the projects. Step 1: Konzeption und Planung

Vor Projektbeginn unterstützen wir Sie mit Laborversuchen zur Festlegung der Formulierung, auch in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Beratern. Bei manchen Projekten erfolgt eine Musterproduktion auf unseren Labormaschinen, bevor wir die passenden Komponenten wie Ko-Kneter und Zufuhr definieren. Damit schaffen wir die Grundlage für eine maßgeschneiderte Lösung.

Step 2: Engineering Team übernimmt von unserem Sales Team

Nach Vertragsabschluss übernimmt unser Engineering-Team das Projekt vom Vertrieb. Wir entwickeln die Konstruktion, fertigen die notwendigen Pläne, beschaffen die definierten Komponenten und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Step 3: Montage und Montage-Abnahme

Während der Montage bauen unsere Elektriker und Monteure die Maschine präzise und effizient zusammen. Dabei achten wir auf höchste Qualität und stellen sicher, dass alle Komponenten perfekt integriert sind. Die Montage bildet die Grundlage für eine reibungslose Inbetriebnahme.

Step 4: Inbetriebnahme und finale Abnahme

Während der Inbetriebnahme testen wir die Maschine und stellen sicher, dass alle Funktionen wie vorgesehen laufen. Unsere Techniker nehmen letzte Anpassungen vor und sorgen dafür, dass die Maschine optimal in die Gesamtanlage integriert wird. Am Ende erfolgt die Übergabe an den Kunden, der die fertige Anlage übernimmt.
